Executive Coaching & Training Services (AoEC Accredited)
A facilitative style and flexible service provided by a qualified accredited executive coach.
Example areas where coaching is excellent support:
Career challenges – first job, promotion, feeling stuck, confidence, life-cycle challenges, e.g. the often, overlooked, impact of mid-life on performance and well-being
Change – challenges of finding work life balance - post family/maternity/shared parental leave, retirement plans, redundancy, and health changes.
We are Mental Health First Aid qualified. This is very important as it means we operate within safe boundaries in our work with individuals. We recognise when we can provide support and make a difference and where an individual may need or benefit from more specialist treatment.
We recognise and support an individual in crises or potential crises.
We provide bespoke and tailored training to suit business need at reasonable competitive rates.
If you are unaware of what training your employees might need, we can support you in conducting a training needs analysis.
We make it as simple and timely as we can.
We can deliver our training by workshop, on-line by webinar and half day group seminar-based information sharing with supporting questions & answers.
Examples of training we offer:
Presentation skills and this includes skills in running webinars
A MORE DETAILED EXAMPLE OF WHAT WE OFFER: MEDITATION SKILLS FOR MANAGERS
A one-day workshop to provide managers with some skills in managing disagreement and conflict at work. We make it a fun learning day, people are involved in taking part and given activities to develop their skills in a safe environment.
We can tailor this training to what is specifically needed. For example, it may be that the same issues are coming up and so we can make this a part of the training we provide. It becomes real.
Key to success and changing behaviours is working with you to follow on checking progress back in the job.
We can also provide this support on an individual basis, e.g. one to one coaching or mentoring. This can be more useful if you have one people manager who is underperforming in this area, for example.
