Lynne Hayes-Clarke started People Knowledge Group having over 20 years in generalist HR.
A chartered member of CIPD, Lynne has worked in a variety of roles, at different levels within different types of companies including larger blue chip, mid-sized and owner managed, smaller micro business with sudden growth.
Lynne enjoys any part of people management, she has spent a large part of her career in the areas of employee relations, engagement, change management and health & wellbeing. She has successfully implemented HR systems.
Lynne brings a warmth and an enthusiasm, with an up to date legal knowledge and understanding, supported by a strict eye for the detail.
Lynne is now focussed on helping business become more effective in people management, developing healthy working environments, with positive and constructive working relationships at their core.
As well as managing her own business, Lynne enjoys working with a leading training provider, as a facilitator, delivering CIPD accredited HRM training to developing HR professionals.
She also gives her time as an Ambassador for a local business networking group. She is passionate about supporting mental health and heart matters.
